<p>Steve Jobs was the co-founder and CEO of Apple and served on the board
of directors of Pixar Animation Studios. After Disney acquired Pixar,

a symbolic salary of one dollar per year, he was the highest-earning CEO in the U.S.
in 2006 with stock income of $646.6 million. Jobs is considered a pioneer in
the computer industry. After seeing a demonstration of the graphical user
interface with windows and a mouse at Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center (PARC),
he incorporated this interface into the Apple Lisa, which was expensive and sold
poorly but was quickly succeeded by the Apple Macintosh.
He also played a key role in the development of OS X.</p>
